Job Coach
Responsible for providing support and training in work skills and habits that will assist individuals in securing community based employment .  Vocational coaches will also provide the support necessary for the indiviudal to maintain employment.
 
Van Driver
Responsible for transporting individuals to and from home and to various day programs and work sites in a 15 passenger van.  A Van Driver is responsible for the well being and safety of all individuals on the van.  You must be able to complete both a morning and afternoon run.  The morning run is typically from 6am-9am and the afternoon run is typically from 3pm-6pm. Times and lengths may vary.  A valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory for this position.
 
 Vocational Instructors
Instructs individuals in activities designed to increase or maintain pre-vocational development, motor skills, communication skills, personal hygiene skills, leisure skills and community integration skills.  Provides training on individual goals and maintains appropriate records.
 
Job Placement Specialist

Provides job placement, coaching, transportation and retention services to individuals with developmental disabilities.  Provides support and  guidance in the development of independent job skills.  Must have own transportation, valid driving license and clean driving record.
 
ISS  Counselors
Provides support for individuals with developmental disabilities both in their home and in the community.  Provides instruction and guidance in a variety of community living skills, recreation and leisure skills.  Hours may vary.  May require weekend and evening hours.  Must have own transportation, insurance, valid driving license and a clean driving record.
 
Residential Counselors

Awake Overnight - The awake overnight position is responsible for remaining awake, monitoring individuals, and completing nightly paperwork.  Will need the ability to take on household responsibility such as cleaning.  Staff are also responsible for assisting individuals when getting ready for the day and administer medications as necessary.

CLA - The Community Living Assistant is responsible for assisting adults with developmental disabilities with daily living activities.  Duties may include preparation of meals and assisting with bathing and dressing.   Counselors will also accompany individiduals on outings while modeling social interaction skills.  Administer medication as needed.
